By using Epafi Digital's services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1Architectural Services
Epafi Digital provides specialized AI Automation Infrastructure, including but not limited to: Omnichannel Conversational Systems, Automated Lead Qualification, and Bespoke Sales Workflows.
2Investment & Payment Protocols
To maintain project velocity, full engagement requires upfront commitment:
- System Ownership: 100% upfront payment is required to initiate architectural deployment.
- Managed Infrastructure: Requires an initial setup fee plus recurring monthly professional fees. Invoices are issued 7 days prior to the billing cycle.
3Service Commencement & Delivery
Typical deployment cycles range from 7–14 business days. Delivery timelines are contingent upon the Client providing all necessary information (platform access and business data) within 48 hours of project kick-off.
4Technical Support & Optimization
Support varies by tier:
- Ownership Tier: Includes 30 days of post-deployment monitoring for technical stability.
- Managed Tier: Includes continuous 24/7 technical optimization and minor workflow adjustments.
- Note: Requests outside the original Scope of Work require a separate Statement of Work (SOW).
5Intellectual Property & Data
Epafi Digital engineers the system on third-party platforms (ManyChat, Voiceflow, etc.). Upon full payment, the specific conversational logic is transferred to the Client. Epafi Digital does not store or own Client customer data.
6Refunds, Revisions & Scope
Please note the following policies:
- Strict No-Refund Policy: Due to the bespoke nature of technical engineering, all payments are final once work has commenced.
- Revision Limit: Each project includes three (3) rounds of refinement within the original scope. Subsequent revisions are billed at our standard professional rate of $80 AUD/hr ($350 AUD/day).
7Limitation of Liability
Epafi Digital builds the infrastructure but does not control third-party platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google). We are not liable for platform outages, algorithm changes, or account restrictions imposed by these entities.
